Misho has consistently been one of the easiest scents to approach from the premium range of Shoyeido. It uses a fine blend of Agarwood, cinnamon, clove, benzion and other herbs. Unlike other sticks in the Shoyeido premium offerings, the wood takes a step back as the base of the incense, allowing the spiciness of the incense to shine through. Green spices and herbs deliver a fine, refreshing experience that is more reminiscent of an exotic forest rather than an evergreen one.

HOW DO I BURN THIS INCENSE?
Japanese incense is burned vertically and in case you've purchased one of our discovery packs before, you'll already have the complementary mini incense burner in your home. If not, you can always use an empty container filled with uncooked rice. You can simply put the stick inside the rice and burn it, as long as the container is fire proof (ceramic, glass, metal). Other incense burners with 2-3mm hole diameter will also work perfectly.
