Where does your incense come from?
Our first collection comes from Japan, where incense has a centuries-long tradition. We are deeply invested in the art of fragrance and are constantly in pursuit of remarkable incense from all over the world. Does incense expire?
Incense does not come with a shelf life so your collection can last for a very long time. Certain aromatic woods and essential oils macerate with time, developing the scent further.
Some of our options also come with a paulownia box, which is one of the best storage options.
What are the full ingredients of your incense?
Our incense is sourced from manufacturers that use traditional ingredients and recipes for their incense.
These fragrant blends are unique to each of the incense houses and come from centuries long traditions so their full composition is protected by legal trade.
Many of our incense products are made from pure wood, botanical extracts and essential oils.
This makes them as natural as possible.
There are zero animal-derived ingredients and absolutely no animal testing
Can I try your incense?
The way scent is perceived is very individual, which is why we are planning on making discovery packs for each of our scents. This will give you a chance to get familiar with the scent before committing to a full box.

How long does incense last?
Our catalog is very diverse and the burn time of each stick will be marked on the product page. However, this is not the only metric that matters.
Some incense are subtle and some are more potent; this depends on the ingredients used.
All of our incense however will leave a fragrant trail in your space for hours after burning.
Why is there no core to your incense?
Since our initial collection is made of Japanese incense, they do not have a bamboo core. This will result in a cleaner burn with reduced smoke.
This allows for the fragrant components to shine through easier.
