Horikawa is one of the finest Sandalwood incenses, carefully complemented with Frankincense and Cinnamon. The sweet spiciness of the incense shines through with an almost confectionary-like character thanks to the Cinnamon while the Frankincense gives it an earthy character. This is a very rich and complex scent that will fill any space with sweet, spicy, earthy decadence.

HOW DO I BURN THIS INCENSE?
Japanese incense is burned vertically and in case you've purchased one of our discovery packs before, you'll already have the complementary mini incense burner in your home. If not, you can always use an empty container filled with uncooked rice. You can simply put the stick inside the rice and burn it, as long as the container is fire proof (ceramic, glass, metal). Other incense burners with 2-3mm hole diameter will also work perfectly.
