Kaden stands for “old family secret” and it builds upon the Kobunboku line by bringing forward its spicy facet; thanks to the twenty spice mix used in this incense. Baieido uses the revered Tsukigase Aloeswood, known for its warm scent that is paired with notes of cloves, star anise and cinnamon. This leads to a warm, bitter-sweet and earthy scent with spicy undertones, making it perfect for meditation and profound relaxation.

HOW DO I BURN THIS INCENSE?
Japanese incense is burned vertically and in case you've purchased one of our discovery packs before, you'll already have the complementary mini incense burner in your home. If not, you can always use an empty container filled with uncooked rice. You can simply put the stick inside the rice and burn it, as long as the container is fire proof (ceramic, glass, metal). Other incense burners with 2-3mm hole diameter will also work perfectly.
